IMPORTANT - Order and Shipping information
During the warm shipping season, we must allow at least 24 hours to properly prepare your package before it is sent out. Same day shipping can be offered in the case that all items are in stock, or in special circumstances.
Our website currently ships to RSA addresses only and does not ship to P.O boxes. Please ensure all shipping address information is correct and that you have provided a street address, company name, suite or apartment number, Contact name and number, when applicable to ensure proper delivery. A fee of R150 will be required to modify a shipping address once the package has been shipped.

Warm weather shipping policy is now in effect
This is South Africa y’all. Shipping out from our Pretoria location is challenging from early September to the end of April. In order to maintain a minimum transit time during the warm season, All shipping is limited to overnight depending on their proximity to our facility in Pretoria, RSA. Customers looking to ship to outlying areas, will only receive their parcels after the second or third day depending on the courier. All orders are shipped with dry ice in a poly lined box, which contributes to the shipping cost; and logistics. Please keep this in mind when placing the order.
Order processing
We strongly recommend you review your order before it is submitted as we can not modify or make changes to an order after it is submitted.
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email from JackRabbit Chocolate Studio with additional information, thereafter from the couriers stating that a shipping label has been created. You will then receive an email stating that the parcel has left our studio and is on its way.
JackRabbit Chocolate is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
- Customer provided an incorrect/outdated address
- Recipient is not available to receive the package
- Customer does not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of first delivery attempt
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to an incorrect address, or unavailability will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier. We highly recommend shipping orders to an address where the recipient will be available to receive them.
